The purpose of the RV and GESARA is for humanity to become a money-less society per Galactic mandate.
The RV is the initial release of near infinite wealth that will give birth to a new echelon of philanthropists and humanitarians.
This will jolt humanity forward while nations begin creating new GESARA compliant laws that will eradicate poverty and make the human population wealthy.

“…It likely means that no court will interfere should the attorney general curtail Mueller’s investigation, embargo some or all of Mueller’s final report or even discharge the special counsel before he makes his report.
The court of appeals’ reasoning not only specifies that Mueller is an “inferior officer” whose decisions can be countermanded by the attorney general, but that he must be an “inferior officer” if his probe is to survive constitutional challenge at all.
Thus, if the courts are powerless to ensure either the special counsel’s independence or to provide that his anticipated final report be made public, it will fall to Congress to do so.
To date Congress has not acted; an effort to obtain a vote in the Senate on a bill to protect Mueller last November failed.
But Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, this week said that, if Attorney General Barr does not make Mueller’s report public, Congress would act.
Schiff specifically said that congressional subpoenas would demand the release of Mueller’s final report and possibly compel Mueller to testify about his findings.
That may well turn out to be necessary. As this decision makes clear, congressional oversight and not the courts will be the only viable recourse to ensure that this “inferior officer’s” report about possible Russian collusion ever sees the light of day.”
Followers of Q will know that the publication of the report kicks off declass and then arrests/Inspectors Generals Report. So the report seeing the full light of day is a v good thing
So if Mueller’s report is going to be – as leaked – a no show on the Russian Collusion, why is AS as keen as us to see its contents. I would have thought the longer it stays unopened in Muellers office the longer he and his friends have to play while kicking the can of their fallback plan of launching Congressional Investigations a little further up the road.
Maybe he has to speak out thus due to his position but has v different ideas about the report being made public in private conversations that matter.
Whatever it is, slight intel gap or deep state just being deep state-ish it is bound to be cleared up quite soon.

I noticed the reference to the broken promises of governments in France-and this happens everywhere.
One vivid example can be seen in Argentina’s Financial Collapse, where promises were immediately broken:

The basis of the broken promise thing is that none of the candidates at elections are actually in government when electioneering, so they are not in contract, i.e.: sworn members of a government, when they are electioneering.
This means that they are under no legal obligation to deliver on their promises, and can say anything the wish, without committing any offence or breach of contract.
They will only ever have to deliver on their promises if they are obliged to contract on these promises prior to being elected.
Election promises are just a big confidence trick-that s all.

Judy Note: The below tells me that our turn to exchange/redeem was just days, perhaps even hours away. On Mon. Feb. 25 the President of Zimbabwe made his asset-backed currency announcement and on that same Mon. the US Treasury was said to have released the USTN, plus on that same Mon. SKRs began being paid out; since last Sat. the new rates were floating on the Forex and this week a mass media news article indicates that people who have exchanged in various countries including the US, have likely been funding Zimbabwe’s humanitarian programs.
1. Both Bruce and Tony said that the new rates were floating on the Forex as of last Sat. Feb. 23. That couldn’t happen unless the US Treasury had released the new gold/asset-backed USTN.
2. On Mon. Feb. 25 Zimbabwe made a public announcement through the Zimbabwe President’s speech they were now functioning on their own asset-backed currency.
3. On that same Mon. Feb. 25 the US Treasury reported full access to core accounts. That couldn’t happen unless the US Treasury had released the USTN.
4. Yosef and Bruce both said that beginning Mon. SKRs were made liquid. That couldn’t happen unless the US Treasury had released the new gold/asset-backed USTN.
5. On Wed. Feb. 27 2019 a mainstream article in News Day Zimbabwe stated that this week Zimbabwe’s Zim Fund received $145,500 million from private doners in several countries including the US, for water, sanitation and power projects. 6. It was rumored that RV release for both public and private exchangers could happen anytime after banks closed on Thurs. Feb. 28 through global market reopen on Sun. March 3.
7. Prior to the above dates Zim holders could be called in since their Zim redemption was backing the entire Global Currency Reset.
8. Zim redeemers were expected to be contacted through text, or if not, could use the 800 number to obtain an appointment. The latest on the 800 number was that there would be one number for both the US and Canada, and it would be widely advertised through websites and email. By calling the 800 number you would be referred to another number where you could set your exchange or redemption appointment near where you were. The 800 number system was tested last Sat.
9. Your Zim redemption monies would be put into a long term payout – said to be your choice of 5 (if you were a senior) to 25 years or more. The interest you received on monies left at the bank during your payout period would be determined by how much you had and the length of your payout period. Although you would not be taxed on your initial redemption you would be taxed on the interest you received. You could ask for quarterly or yearly payouts.
10. Your Zim monies must be used for humanitarian purposes. At your redemption and whether or not you had a specific humanitarian project of your own, you would be given the opportunity to invest your Zim redemption in approved Zimbabwe humanitarian projects and on a ten year investment receive up to 7% tax free interest on your monies – paid out quarterly.
11. You could negotiate for the higher back screen rates dependent on how much you needed for your humanitarian project, how much money you left at the bank during a long term payout, or the length of your long term payout.
12. At your redemption and for a certain fee you would be offered the services of a Family Office – lawyers, accountants, tax specialist, personal secretary, investment counselors, etc. who were trained in the specifics of the GCR.
13. It has been said that you could take in cash from your exchange anywhere from $14,000 to $150,000.
14. Fri. March 1 was a major day for implementation of the National Emergency, a possible Stock Market crash, bank closures, plus mass arrests could begin in earnest during the first 21 days of March. Be prepared with sufficient cash, food, water and emergency supplies on hand for yourself and others.

1. The US was now compliant with GESARA and so was the UK. The Cabal’s attempts to delay Brexit were futile.
2. Iran and Venezuela were the two last remaining nations that were non-compliant with GESARA. Iran was about to settle with the Alliance to reach compliance. The crisis in Venezuela continued, though would conclude shortly.
3. Trump stated during his summit with Kim Jong-un in Vietnam that North Korea had great economical potential. Trump was directly referring to North Korea’s untapped natural resources and its role in the future under GESARA compliance. The friendliness being shown during the summit clearly showed that both leaders were aware of the bright future that lay ahead under GESARA compliance. The Alliance gave Kim Jong-un a chance to live in peace in return for North Korea’s compliance. This occurred when North Korea agreed to denuclearize.
4. Ending the Korean War was also being discussed at the summit in Vietnam. Ending all wars was part of GESARA mandate and it would be done.
5. The UST was prepared to release the USTN once Zimbabwe announced their new currency being backed by gold/assets.
6. The RV was prepared behind closed doors and would stay that way when it began – a private event that would only be visible to those aware of it.

CajunBella: My daughter and son in law bought Dong from Regions last month and when they went to pick it up there was a very long line waiting for tellers. When the teller they bought from saw them she told them to come to the front of the line. Before she gave them their currency she called a new teller over to watch the process and told the teller that he would need to know how to do this because it was a new system and there would be a lot of people coming in soon.
The new teller asked, “What if they are turning their currency in? She said, “Don’t worry about that. It hasn’t happened yet.” She then asked another teller if she knew how the new system worked and she said, “Yes I was training on that in Texas.” Needless to say my child was very excited!!
